Long Miles
Long Miles
From the suburbs of Philadelphia, with sounds infecting the East Coast and beyond, Long Miles brings you melodies from a light heart. The band likes to shine in their own way, bringing good vibes to people wherever they take the stage. With heroes like Phish, Umphrey’s McGee, Steel Pulse, and G. Love & Special Sauce, Long Miles strives to feed the need for the groovy, bouncy, feel-good tunes that make these groups so well known.

Long Miles has come a long way since their self-produced LP, 405 Productions, recorded in their freshman college dorm room in Charleston in 2009. They recorded A Philadelphonic EP with Chris DiBeneditto (G. Love & Special Sauce, Slightly Stoopid, the Movement) at Philadelphonic Studios in Philadelphia, with a November 2010 release. This March they released their latest album, Shades, recorded with Rick Beato (Trey Anastasio, NeedToBreathe, The Movement) at Black Dog Sound Recording Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.

Long Miles takes a major sonic leap forward with Shades. The album showcases their exploration of new reggae-tinged textures and jam band-influenced song arrangements, while continuing to define their signature blend of inventive lyrics and tight, dance-inducing rhythms. With tunes on the radio and consistent crowds at live shows, their potential to be a major influence on the scene can be found at every listen, and Long Miles is ready for the world
Jimkata
Jimkata
Jimkata is a nationally touring electro-rock band blending heavy beats, synthy hooks, and big guitars to create music with both modern and timeless appeal. Their latest EP, the 80’s pop tinged Ghosts & Killers, is an anthemic dance-pop nugget complete with 21st century, infectious guitar hooks and is available as a free download at jimkata.com. They are currently taking their electro-rock circus to a town near you.

“Jimkata proves that rock-based music still has a place in the world of four-on-the-floor beats.”
Relix Magazine

“The band’s powerful drumming and guitar work ride the same wave, catching synthetic high fives and whispering rock n’ roll lyricism out over the constant current of their sonic ocean.”
Performer Magazine

“What this generation needs more of, a band with a fresh sound that’s influenced by great music, with an honest and positive perspective about our place in society.”

BAM!
BAM!
In a world of conventional music, BAM has found an unconventional approach to fitting in. This Philadelphia collaboration exemplifies years of chemistry, providing a breath of fresh air to the music listener searching for artistry in music making.

Their natural talents allow for a colorful canvas of sound exploration; from funky grooves to light jazz to driving drum and bass. Their goal is not to pinpoint a genre, its to display advanced musicality, highlighting the array of possibilities that exist.

BAM approaches song writing with sophistication and technicality, challenging themselves to find simplicity in their methodology. The result is a collection of sounds captivating for the mind and pleasing to the ear.

BAM is also in the process of writing music that will be used by Network TV stations for national programming. Don't be surprised if you hear their work on a Sci-Fi program in the near future. BAM is currently working hard on their catalogue and will be touring in the near future. Keep an eye out.
